We know protecting and returning your capital is important.

Here’s how we can do it better and faster than the rest:

Senior Position in Capital Stack

  • EB-5 Senior Capital and EB-5 Preferred Equity are paid off after Senior Construction Loan is paid off.

  • Approximately 35% of the condos need to be sold in order for all Senior Capital to receive their $800,000 + profits.

  • Approximately 65% of the condos need to be sold in order for all Preferred Capital to receive their $800,000 + profits.

  • The Sponsor Equity does not get its capital back until ALL EB-5 Investor capital is returned, including profits. This alignment of incentives makes for a great partnership between the Sponsor and EB-5 investors.

Choose the Offering That Suits You.
